I had an incredible stay in the Premier Room, filled with comfort and spaciousness. The pool area was nothing short of spectacular, offering a stunning backdrop for relaxation after exploring nearby beaches. Plus, the convenient access to local dining and family-friendly amenities made our trip feel exceptionally special.

the web login is a real headache and comically unprofessional, almost took my data plan dry. plus, my Tom Yum soup tasted like someone forgot the essential ingredients! not a gourmet experience at all. i also woudl ve appreciated a complimentary drink for my troubles, but it seems special treatment isn’t for everyone. could have been great, but just couldn’t.

The highlight of my stay was the large swimming pool, beautifully designed to resemble a natural pond, offering a serene backdrop for relaxation. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and local dining options.

On the downside, I faced some issues with the Wi-Fi, which was unreliable for two days during my stay. The air conditioning in my room also posed a challenge, introducing an unpleasant odor that lingered despite informing the staff.

Coming back to find a cockroach in the room was a letdown, and the hotel was rather unfazed by it. On top of that, an electricity issue lasted two days, creating a bit of inconvenience. The beach chairs and umbrellas were in need of a thorough cleaning, and while the linens were fresh, the overall presentation felt dated and not in line with the prices being charged. Wi-Fi was spotty as well, making it hard to keep connected.

I had a wonderful stay with my family, enjoying the cozy vibes of our room and the refreshing beach access that made for a perfect getaway. The outdoor pool was a real treat, and the massage sessions were absolutely blissful after a long day of exploring. Only downside was that the furniture looked a bit dated, but it didn't take away from our fun. 🌞
